About Mariangela Parodi
The science and the sacred sit together here.
If you have tried conventional care, natural therapies, personal development and spiritual healing – each on its own. And still feel that something deeper has been missed, you are in the right place.

A different kind of practitioner
I am Mariangela Parodi: a biomedical scientist turned naturopath, energy healer, medical intuitive, shamanic practitioner, author, teacher, and the creator of The Alkymia Method™.
Before I became a naturopath, I trained in biomedical science and worked for a decade in pathology. I learned to look through the microscope, to study cells, to read the body in the language of biology. I know what inflammation looks like. I know what the immune system does under threat. That training has never left me.
But life, motherhood and my own healing path showed me that the body speaks in more than one language. When my eldest son arrived with severe sensitivities, eczema and asthma that conventional approaches could not fully explain, I was forced to listen differently. Every method I reached for to help him deepened something in me. I came to understand that healing is not found by choosing between science and spirit. The breakthrough comes when the two are finally allowed to speak to each other.
That path led me through naturopathy, herbal medicine, Reiki, Pranic Healing, soul retrieval, shamanic training, ancestral healing, medical intuition, meditation and neuroscience — and decades of clinical work with people whose symptoms and soul-callings never fit neatly inside one box.
My heritage and lineage
My work is shaped by where I come from — and what I have been called to remember.
I was born in Chile, and I now live and practise in Hobart, Tasmania. My Chilean and Italian heritage is the foundation that shapes everything I do, or lives through my work. It is part of how I understand medicine, intuition, land and ancestry — the unseen threads that shape a life.
When I returned to South America and visited the sacred sites of Peru in 2007, something dormant in me opened. It was not a new identity arriving from outside. It felt like an ancient memory returning. The land recognised me. The teachers I met activated what was already there.
Through this, I came to understand that healing is never only personal. It is cellular, emotional, energetic, ancestral and spiritual. Many of the patterns we carry were shaped long before we had language for them — inherited through family, culture, migration, grief, silence and survival, and through the women who came before us.
This is why I do not ask only, "What is wrong with your body?" I also ask, "What has your body been carrying, and what is it ready to release?"
"When we go back far enough, my ancestors are your ancestors. We are all connected."

The work I am here to do
Bringing the layers together — body, energy, mind, ancestry and soul.
I created The Alkymia Method™ because I kept seeing the same thing, in clinic and in teaching: people trying to heal complex, layered issues with single-layer solutions.
Naturopathy alone could support the body, but the body was often still carrying an old emotional, energetic or ancestral imprint. Energy healing alone could shift the field, but the physical body did not yet have the capacity to hold the change. Mindset work could create insight, but it rarely reaches the cellular, nervous-system and lineage-level patterns underneath.
The Alkymia Method™ brings the layers together: body, energy, mind, ancestry and soul. It is a path of restoration, recalibration, remembrance, radiance and sovereignty — stabilising you first. Then releasing what is no longer yours, helping you remember the wisdom beneath the survival pattern, and rebuilding from the centre of who you truly are.
Explore The Alkymia Method™What I believe
You are not broken. You may be overwhelmed, depleted, fragmented, or carrying far more than one nervous system was ever designed to hold; but you are not broken.
Your sensitivity is not a flaw. It is, most likely, an untrained gift.
Your body is not betraying you. It is speaking through symptoms because the deeper story has not yet been heard.
Your ancestral line is not only a weight. It can also be a source of medicine, memory, strength and guidance.
And your healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about remembering who you were before you began carrying everything that was never yours.
"Your perceived weaknesses are your greatest strengths. Your purpose is often revealed through your pain."
— Mariangela Parodi

An invitation
Are you ready to work with someone who can hold both the microscope and the mystic – the clinical and the ancestral, the practical and the sacred?
I would be honoured to meet you there.
